Currently, we have 12 Agency Directors, 30 Associate Directors, 10 Associate Managers, and more than 1.000 Agents working under Action inc. We also maintain more than 10.000 clients living across Indonesia

EXECUTIVE SALES MANAGER

Qualification:

  • Minimal pengalaman 3 tahun di bidang sales
  • Minimal D3
  • Usia 25 tahun – 35 tahun
  • HardWorking, Positif Attitude, Target Oriented
  • Current Slip Payment min Rp. 7,5 million/month
  • Willing to be Placed in Kota Kasablanka

Job Description:

  • Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
  • Proven ability to work with goals & target
  • Insurance sales agents commonly sell one or more types of insurance, such as  life, health, and critical illness insurance
  • Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in personal developing & system
  • Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of product insurance
  • Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to direct leader & company
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
